269k is not dirt cheap.😂

I am from Rock Island/white county side. It really is a beautiful place

You need to pick an area first, then the house. We did the opposite and boy was that a mistake!!!!! Love our house, hate where it is!! Pick where you want then look for a house! Especially in TN. And if you are from the north. A lot of people won’t accept you. Look in area where there are a ton of transplants. Then maybe you’ll fit in. When we lived in the north we loved southern people. Could sit and listen to them talk all day. Their accent. But it’s quite different when it’s the other way around. I think when people talk about southern hospitality they are talking about Texas! Because it sure isn’t TN!  And I still can’t get used to the heat with high humidity! You have Summer and Winter here. That’s it. In 18 years I’ve only been able to open my windows twice. And no clothes line.Summer is grueling! We’re moving.

I read that Kentucky has problems with the retirement system for state/local employees and has other problems not openly acknowledged.

That's not a pond, it's a puddle!

I am looking for a warm area like SC. NC. Knoxville or Nashville area

The city photo you posted supposedly "near" Humboldt is a picture of Knoxville.... in East Tennessee

Humboldt is the biggest concern. Humboldt ranks in the 7th percentile for safety — meaning it's safer than only 7% of US cities. The violent crime rate is among the highest in the nation for cities of its size, and your chance of becoming a victim of violent or property crime is 1 in 59. The video casually mentions crime is "slightly above the national average" — that's a significant understatement. Avoid Humboldt if crime is a concern

Fishing in that pond 😂 for tadpoles?

That house is so beautiful!

Very nice video!  The graphics give an excellent idea of how the area is.  How can we get the adresses?

Don’t consider over a 1/4 mill “dirt cheap

Can I get a USDA loan there..If so I'm interested in the 68,000 dollar property.❤😊

#7 😒 please use scenery photos from the actual towns - none of those first scenery photos showing massive cliffs and a snowy mountain town are photos of Madisonville. They didn't even look like they were from TN. Accurate depictions of places would go much further than this mess.

lol the last house/shack is 68K, ok, got it. lol Your better off living just outside of Fairbanks, AK lol

Is it true that houses are available or is only…gimmicks. How can have contact with realtors?

I need a place to settle in Tennessee, Can somebody provide some contact details

Good evening my friend. Fear God, Give Him Glory, The Time of His Judgment Has Come. Revelation 14:7
Be careful e everyone! the mark of the beast is coming, they will force people to worship on sunday. They will come with sunday as the only day of worship and rest for the whole earth, and that will be the mark of the beast. It is a spiritual thing. Worship on sunday is not Biblical.
Observe God's Sabbath, God's Commandment. The Seventh Day of the Week, SATURDAY as the only Day of Worship and Rest. so that we can be marked with the Seal of God.

It is the pope who changed God's Sabbath to sunday. It is satan who gives the pope the throne and authority, sunday is not a day of worship.

They will come with a digital world without paper money just so they can control what we are selling and what we are buying, soon they will tell you that if you do not take sunday as the only day of worship and rest you will not be able to sell and buy. And remember the coming sunday law is the one that will be the mark of the beast, it is something spiritual.

Revelation 14:6 to 12 JESUS WILL RETURN

Why cheap? because no jobs there for young people, No hospital and inconvenient for older people.

Your video is terrible in that due to the addition of scenery not even in the U.S. much less Tennessee.  Not much effort on depicting the true neighborhoods your home listings actually are in.
