Study statistics because it makes you better at pokemon

Typical stats course 'be like':
9AM: let's kick a football.
10AM: consider the Fisher information matrix for a k-dimensional parameter θ in a regular parametric family {f(x;θ)}{f(x;θ)}, defined as I(θ)=E⁡θ ⁣[(∂/∂θlog⁡f(X;θ))(∂/∂θlog⁡f(X;θ))⊤]=− E⁡θ ⁣[∂2/∂θ∂θ⁣⊤ log⁡f(X;θ)], which quantifies the amount of “information” an observable random variable X carries about θ and underlies results like the Cramér–Rao lower bound on the variance of unbiased estimators.

I’m heading back to school while working to do my ba/ma in applied math and stats part time, all thanks to you big dawg

Examples of real-world practical applications and using spreadsheets (MS Excel, Goggle Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, etc) for data analysis could help with making stats appeal to a wider audience.

Please continue this series and teach fundamental stats from the ground up, watching some of your videos can be confusing at times despite their high quality because so much pre-requisite knowledge is often assumed and then you gotta find a video that fills those gaps in.

I love this channel and have watched every video, some several times, and it's helped me get through my Master's in statistics. I have a small piece of constructive feedback. It would be worth running some of your text theme choices through an accessibility checker or have a freelance UI designer look at it, specifically for color combos and kerning. The lines at 9:13 are almost unreadable.

0:21 thank you for doing that

Hey, I'm an aspiring grad student, who's going through maths textbooks right now. Series like this really helps! Thanks a lot!

This seems like a really awesome series in the making!

This is really awesome. I can't wait for the rest of the series. Many people find math boring because they lack the intuition behind the formulas. Thanks for this masterpiece.

whoaaa I have a feeling I'm gonna enjoy this new series!!

Yoo upload man ily

Very well done. I wish someone explained it to me this way when I just got started

Keep making these great videos! Helps out a lot for students who wanna visualize statistics :)

Goated channel

Thanks for starting this project .

Thank you!

hey please continue this series no matter how many views you get.. it refined my knowledge

Sounds great 👍

Excellent!
