I feel like a ToS2 Medium could, each night, choose a dead player and learn the final night message they got before they died

The Medium curse never left, it just got passed down to Baker

An easy way to make medium viable and engaging for all parties is to specifically announce to dead townies that there is a medium in the game. That way you don't have to alter medium in the slightest mechanic wise, just that dead townies will get a unique death message that's differently colored. "You died to (so and so). However, your spirit still feels tethered to the town! There must be a MEDIUM nearby!" Easiest fix ever to keep town engaged. Evils of course don't get that notification but can still interject if they see mediums talking to town and try to muddle up the facts for their teammates. You could even make names hidden so the medium doesn't really know if the information is accurate to make it more engaging.

Most missed opportunity for TOS2 imho. Role could have definitely worked for AND against the town

The Jailor executing the Ret: The Medium sends his regards.

2 vids in a row where 10 is mayor, comes out day 1, and gets attacked night 1

Favourite moments with Medium are when the dead evils don’t know there’s a Medium and out their teammates, just like what would happen constantly when Spy and VH were new and not guaranteed.

Fresh town of salem content on my recommended page in 2026????!!!!

Medium and Jester were my favorite roles when I used to play.

I didn't know you still uploaded. I can't believe Town of Salem still has players :O

It would be really cool to bring back medium to town of Salem to and also have a coven version

i really love medium and i think TOS2 could rework it into something very fun. having a dead ability is just insane to think about

they honestly could have kept medium and just give it a feature where they can see petrified or cleaned players wills, so even if they did leave, medium still has some info. would be an easy way for evils to fake as well unless their info is consistent

my first lunchbreak at work to coincide with a pipe upload! yippee!!

🔮 Gaming Boys

9 town  1mk 1 sneaky ww and 1 jugg was SUPER town stacked.

I wouldn't be surprised if they brought back medium, it'd be a unique role so that a medium cannot normally confirm another medium.

Im 3 the executioner. It was a pretty chill and fun game. Nice vid pipe

can someone explain how trapper was sus? all we know is they were “attacked” n1 and claimed they were building

Tos2 medium could be at night, speak to any ghosts inside your house at night, only you can see ghosts. If dead, same as tos1

Medium actually is in ToS 2, but not as a role, as rollable effect from All Any Fools.
