Bro grew up with a narcissist and still became a celebrity with 46.8M subscribers.

His mom doesn't deserve him, she put every stone she could in his path and then is enjoying the fruits of his labor that he achieved DESPITE her, not thanks to her.

Mom would've never heard from me again

The fact speed still mentions his mom at the awards shows how much he genuinely cares no matter how bad he was treated, he has so much love in his heart

The fact that his mom tells him to stop swearing by swearing at him is crazy

Poor speed, at only 14 getting kicked out by his mom, he doesn't deserve that kind of mom

Bro dealt with a narcissist and didn’t even notice

I will never understand mothers who fight for custody of their kid and then treat them like shit for the rest of their lives

Family is the biggest hater & biggest opp against your happiness sometimes

"THAT'S MY SON!"

Where were you when he's at his lowest?

she only started loving him after he got rich

I only understand why she would freak out when he’s flunking high school. Other than that she’s horrible, like not even a little support he’s obviously growing really fast too might I add. But I also understand why Speed still loves her. A mother is something he has something he wants and something he needs. Idk I can kinda relate, never really had a father only a stepdad but it’s never felt that way, the idea of a father figure is just so foreign to me. I felt like I was walking on eggshells with him, and now that I’m away I hate him for ruining my life and my moms. So listening and Speeds struggle kinda hits to close to home.

The way he flinches and holds his hands up when his mom gets close to him makes me not surprised if she hits him. Shes so wrong for not supporting him at all

Kicked out her son at 14 and now she cares. WTF.

You forgot that she asked for $10,000 on one of his American tours

this is the type of mom, that I'll never go visit again.

When he became rich, he only got love. What a mother she is, he deserves better

Editing this comment because hate is a strong word and we internet people shouldnt judge someone we dont know personally

It’s wild how Speed’s mom tried to hold him back, stuck in that old-school mindset. If he had listened, he might’ve never gone viral or changed his life. She made him move back just to control him again, but he pushed through, proved her wrong, and now he’s supporting the whole family. Toxic love or not, he broke the cycle.
