Your video has bought back so many happy memories.

Excellent video Shaun.   Very nice photography and editing.  I like that you find us stuff off the normal tourist trail too. Really enjoyed it 👍

Great tour and descriptions I have been to the station and walked around the area what a great place .

19:08 totally with you there. If you disassemble the German word for understanding "begreifen" into its pieces, it means "reach for something" or "holding it in your hand". Lovely sceneries and landscapes again !

Another lovely walk. There is some fascinating history about Dartmouth Castle and its fortifications. Looks like there are some nice coastal and woodland walks nearby there too - lots of choice. Keep up the great videos!

Stunning!! Dartmouth is the top of my places to visit list now either on a holiday coach or under my own steam from Sussex.
Thank you Shaun

Wwwowww this is an absolutely brilliant n enjoyable video clip on one of my most memorable trips to UK decades ago in May of 2003! I walked around the beautiful Dartmouth shops n The Barnabus Church that wad then an Antique shop cum 2nd- hand book shop. While there i met the crew filming an episodes 1 & 2 of DOWN TO EARTH!! THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL & MESMERISING TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE. BRAVO! (I watching this from Ipoh, Malaysia)

What stunning views from your camera Shaun absolutely gorgeous. You mentioned all the properties overlooking over the river and harbour area's I guess to own one would set you back at least a 6 figure sum, ok if your are fairly wealthy I guess. I did go on a round Robin from Paignton to Kingswear by steam train to Dartmouth and back to Paignton via the ferry or was it the other way round!? Whilst I was in Dartmouth you had to sample the cuisine fish & chips, got to the famous takeaway and yes they had run out of fish!! As in the Basil Fawlty series he would tell his customers "Just fresh out if fish"😅

Dartmouth is stunning, not far from my neck of the woods in Paignton.. didn't know about warfleet area! .. reminds me, if you go to ivybridge, there's a gorgeous mill there but it's abandoned and I heard due to be demolished or something, worth a trip there before it's gone, and don't forget the stunning river walk north towards Dartmoor. (That said, I've only ever been in the rain, every time! 😂 But a nice walk in the wet n mud with a poncho.
