If you are having that kind of problem, instead of wasting time, explaining and arguing, ask them to go to with you to airport police. It happened to me in Beijing, the airport inspector lost my boarding pass and we also had a communication issues, i will also miss my connecting flight, once we went to the airport police, everything was resolve they find a way so i could board my next flight but it is so stressful because i don’t have so much time and the boarding gate was too far.

Take care always... God bless❤️❤️❤️🫶🫶🫶

Always check your passport(s) and wallet and anything valuable MULTIPLE times every time you're travelling. Also, Google Translate is your friend whenever there is a language barrier.

Your emotions are valid. Glad you did not give up, and God sent you an angel.

If may mga existing visa kapa sa old passport mo, make sure naka dikit with rubber band yun sa new passport mo. Lesson learned.

Lesson learned. Double check all the important documents before leaving the check in counter.  Take care always ❤

I appreciate si kuya sa effort niya to tour you kahit saglit. ang bait ng mga kazahk. ❤❤

Parang natalo na tayo ng Kazach sa pagiging hospitable. Excited na ako makapunta dyan to experience those beautiful encounters with locals ❤

Hey Marvin, I sympathize with you for having an unpleasant experience in your travel especially loosing your old passport. That must be very stressful and disappointing.  I guessed the best thing you can do is to maintain your composure and try not to panic. Always ask for help whenever you can. I'm sure someone will always be of help to you. Don't give up and always look at the brighter side of things. Have fun!

Ito maganda sa vlogs mo Marvs, you meet a lot of locals and fellow tourists, so may personal touch with the place and culture.

yay! new vlog! watching your videos everyday!! 😁❤️

A nice place and the Best Dancer MARVIN only in Astana Kazakhstan. Share to us always the good vibes. Reminder Marvin always place your important documents in one body bag. I truly agree that Kazakhstan and its people is also my favorite by watching your vlogs. Tama MARVIN stay longer in Kazakhstan i am looking forward for your vlogs.

Marvin more dancing than crying 😂😂😂

Always use a shoulder bag/purse for things like passport

Better Marvs, Lagyan mo ng RUBBER BAND ANG PASSPORT MO. like mine. Naka rubber band ang dulo cover (NEW) to front cover (OLD)  ng PASSPORT. Para malessen na di mahiwalay sa NEW PASSPORT mo. Its allowed na magkadikit sila. Since your Visa is in the OLD one. :) Mas better itong way na ito, para GOOD as ONE pa rin sila :) Hope it helps. Enjoyyy!

Thank you Marvin for always showing such a beautiful country. ❤❤❤ Love it. Always safe travel

Lesson  Marvin.. slow down and check everything  before you leave a counter.
