Aaron Pierre was born to play John Stewart ngl

”That’s the coolest suit I’ve seen. Batman’s got NOTHING on it. Just sayin…

…he’s not here is he?” >_>

Gotta be the most Hal Jordan thing I’ve heard him say 😂

damn he is John stewart

'How does Guy fit in with the other cast of Lanterns?'

He doesn't.

That's a John Stewart approved answer, right there 😂

First off not liking people with capes is SO Hal and secondly Kyle totally gave away Aaron gets a suit haha

Kyle and Aaron have done their homework!

Aaron wearing his GL drip everywhere is so great to see. He is John Stewart. 💚

“The Lantern Corps is made of exactly who it needs to be made up of. We NEED John Stewart and his intentionality, his specificity, bordering on OCD”
oh we are cooking with this casting y’all

Aaron Pierre is so beautiful. What a wonderful John Stewart. Great casting. Can’t wait to see this

11:35 Aaron Pierre UNDERSTANDS Green Lantern! He’s going to be one of the GOATS of superhero casting with the likes of Christopher Reeves, Wesley Snipes, Hugh Jackman and Robert Downey Jr!🙌🏿
Hopefully in newer seasons he’ll continue to be more involved with the character in the writers room, Tom King was impressed.

Aaron's answer about what each GL brings to the table was genuinely perfect! He really knows what he's talking about.

That Avirex jacket and pendant are cold AF.

God, I'm so hyped for when the show comes out. Kyle felt so quintessentially Hal during this interview 😂, and I love Aaron Pierre's responses and understanding of the character. He would super kill it as John Stewart!

Aaron is like the perfect combo of Will Smith and Idris Elba , he has the rugged , masculinity of Idris , and the vibrant crossover appeal of Big will style, before the infamous slap

Hal is good but John Stewart will always be the Green lantern for me. Definitive Green lantern. The actor Aaron Pierre also has a lot of aura around him.

Here at 6:02 Kyle almost gives away that John Stewart (Aaron Pierre) was the one who wore a suit on day one.

Man Kyle and Aaron fit so well with their respective characters. If they ever do an animated prequel project on young Hal, I would love for Chandler to voice him!

I love how much fun they are all having👏🎊, but I'm here for Aaron Pierre , so happy for my London King👑❤️❤️❤️💋

This video was a treat Variety! Aaron Pierre and Kyle Chandler are two phenomenal actors, the perfect choice to play John Stewart and Hal Jordan!! 😊
