Do you think Tino's hatred was always personal or was it Enzo's own fault?

Tino is everything a consigliere shouldn’t be. He takes things too personally, letting his disgust for Enzo and dismissiveness of Cesare cloud his judgment. Instead of mentoring the younger guys like Frank did with Tommy or Leo with Vito, he belittles and isolates them, which kills unity. Worst of all, he doesn’t rein in Don Torrisi he fuels his impulses. Tino’s a wartime consigliere who pushes for muscle over alliances, and in doing so, he ends up sabotaging Torrisi and the family from the inside. Frank and Leo invest in their protagonists, mentoring Tommy and Vito as the future of the family. Tino does the opposite he keeps Enzo at bay on purpose, never giving him respect or guidance. By the end of the game, it’s obvious he always looked down on Enzo, and that contempt is what poisons his role as consigliere.

I think Leo is the only one that treated Enzo with respect. I mean he also tried to help Enzo escape to Empire Bay.

Luca is still so fucking well written that people genuinely think HE'S the consigliere. Generational ass character writing bro, we're never getting one like him ever again.

The Old Country perfectly showcases how truly unorganized the Mafia was sometimes at that time, driven more by pride and pure power, than business and respect

If the commission was around turning Tino time, he would have been wacked.

Tino was the worst consigliere. He never showed up for those meetings with Spadaro, he never really felt that visible in the business compared to Luca, he was always pushing the Don towards conflict instead of thinking about what was actually best for the family.

There is not a single redeemable trait about Tino and I love it. When a game makes you hate an antagonist like it does here, that's how you know they're a well-written character.

Tino wouldn’t let Enzo and Isabella leave. They deserved a happy life together.

I think the mafia in old contry is still a lot more brute and violent organization than the diplomatic approach we see with the comission on the other games.

This dude is such a great actor; I don’t know why he doesn’t show up more in mafia movies

I think luca and Tino is like yin and yang for Don Torrisi, they both need each other in this mafia world, when one is gone (luca) this can cause imbalance (tino), Tino is good to have when enforcing/being strict but you also need luca's clear thinking to also enhance upon it.

I don’t think there’s a mafia character that I’ve hated more than tino and ive played all of them

Its only after playing the second time I realized. Nobody liked tino. They feared him  they respected him. But nobody liked him. Even servants at the vineyard avoid him unless its necessary. When he was not with don torrisi. Mostly hes alone.

I like to think Tino new up on Enzo and Isabellas relationship from, but he let it go because he was amused by the sheer audacity. Like not only was Enzo seeing the Dons daughter. He was also terrble at hiding it.

Tino not going to that meeting and it being ambushed should have been brought up if not had consequences because of the outcome.

Tino was a bitter old head 😂😂😂

Yeah If you ask me Tino was very well written , even if you don't like him as a character. Guy was a good antagonist and his actions definitely remained consistent. Above all else with an antagonist I think consistency matters.

I’ve never thought I’d hate an antagonist more than Micah Bell. Tino is levels above and i can’t find enough disgusting words for him.

Man Luca derserved better. He was one of my favorite characters in the game.
