4-6 cardamon, 1 cinnamon, 1 bayleaf
2 medium onion, 8-10 garlic clove, 1.5 inch ginger
2-3 tomato pureed
1 tomato cut into wedges
fresh coriander for garnish
Seasoning
1.5tsp salt, 1/2tsp ground turmeric powder, 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, 2tsp ground coriander powder, 1tsp ground cumin powder & 1/2 tsp ground garam masala powder
