I feel like you miss out on the fantastic double meaning at the end if you skip Betrayal.

That exchange alone is just fantastic and elevates the entire audio.

This is definitely my second favorite, but Betrayal at the House of Sontar is clearly the standout story here and was an incredibly tough act to follow, which this does quite well.

personally I really loved how the overall story of this line was something happening in the fugitive doctor's life and us seeing the consequences of that across the lives of the other doctors, with none of them realizing that it's all because of the fugitive doctor since they don't remember ever being her, obviously, it's a really neat idea

During his initial run, C'rizz never really received much in the way of character development. Both here and in The Battle of Giant's Causeway they've tried to rectify that somewhat. I really hope these appearances have enticed Big Finish to, maybe, consider doing a boxset revisiting the post-divergent universe stuff prior to his departure in Absolution because, evidently, there is much ground to mine from him.

Dude, you HAVE to listen to Terror Firma, if you listen to any 8th Doctor audios featuring C’rizz, Terror Firma is THE one to listen to.

Yes I really enjoyed this story as well, but it made me curious about who this melmoth character is.

Rus T. Davies has made many sins. Not taking advantage of his Disney money to write a Rutan vs Sontaran story ripping off Star Tours might be in the top ten.
