If you all okay with beef stew and grill.. i guess the Best for me in north jakarta via grab/gojek car is "Kondro Karebosi Kelapa Gading". But its not cheap and not expensive either for me, around 7 usd (Rp.90.000) per portion. Its from Makasar Indonesia. The cheapest you can find around try find grill satay "Sate Madura", its around 3-5 usd perportion (10 stick with rice)
