Si può riempire anche con il gelato e panna montata o solo panna ma ovviamente va per la maggiore la granita

La brioche col tuppo si taglia solo se dentro metti il gelato a palettate altrimenti prima il tuppo (che non si cede a nessuno) e poi a pezzetti tutta la brioche si intinge nella cuccumella con la granita 😍

Le massaie di casa ringrazieranno (gli uomini, se cucinano , lo fanno perché gli piace , e sono degli chef; le donne in Italia ancora nel 2022 lo devono fare per dovere , così come diventare mamme).
