A great deal of skill and patience exhibited here. The Tiger is my favourite tank of all. I am adding to my Tamiya collection constantly. I like to use aftermarket parts such as PE grilles and Tamiya’s stick on zimmerit. I also replace the tracks. I use DN Studio movable tracks. They are not as realistic as metal tracks, but they are very good.

But I don't understand why there is that less attention paid on the correct fit of the tracks. 😢

The thing I hate about Tamiya Tigers is the fact that everything needed to complete it must be purchased after market.
Zimmerit (for mid and late prod), no working suspension/tracks, no PE grills etc.
More and more I'm moving towards other kit manufacturers that have better tooling and need no after market add ons just to complete the model
