Amazing this lady finally got some hope back into her life. I know what’s she’s going through. This Ménière’s or whatever it is is a pain in the butt. The anxiety of just going to get groceries. Can’t drive can’t do anything really without worrying when will it hit me again

I need this treatment. Inner ear issues started after a severe whiplash injury in 2001. They progressively got worse with a diagnosis of Menieres in 2009. I did do some NUCCA chiropractic and my axis vertabrae was on crooked. That was adjusted but it did not help my ear much. I just went to the dentist to have a crown put in and my mouth was cranked up for an hour or so. Guess what, my hearing went out on my left ear a few days later with Menieres symptoms. I don’t get vertigo anymore thank God but have the other issues. Fluctuating hearing, tinnitus, feeling of fullness etc. I used to have jaw popping. It’s worth looking into. This condition is a nightmare!

I was diagnosed in 2006. Mayo Clinic doctors diagnosed me. It is a debilitating disease. I suffer every single day. I'm glad you're healed.

I feel you dear. Damn, you are gorgeous.  I have Menieres Disease too. Can't drive anymore, problems with grocery stores, movement. I walk with a cane now. Thanks for my Attorney I'm on SSDI. Worst episode I had was a 4 day stretch when I made 53 trips to the bathroom to vomit. Couldn't eat or sleep during that period.  People look at you and think your fine but if they only understand the battle. Our brain uses so much energy trying to balance everything it totally drains us.

I was diagnosed decades ago, and I've had tinnitus since my teens. After Covid kicked my tail for 5 weeks, I started staying home and being reclusive. It seems that I have been losing my hearing since after the Covid ordeal. If any of you good people have used alternative ear therapies...give me a holler. Thanks, and may all of you be blessed.

My Mom (nurse and her husband is a doctor) said she started having these issues in 2021 at my sister wedding. I remember calling her many times and I would hear her stuffed up all the time and it worried me. The vertigo/nausea started happening. She told me she went to her doctor, and they said she has fluid buildup in her ear, her doctor never diagnosed her and wanted her to go for further testing. Me being a nurse and her suffering with vertigo, nausea and tinnitus, I had to look it up. Every symptom she had was Menier's disease.  It started with the constant stuffy nose and then the vertigo and now tinnitus. It gives me comfort knowing my mom isn't dying. My mom also gets headaches. Not everyone one is going to have the same symptoms and even might have another symptom that another one doesn't. I also know this could be related to an autoimmune issue too. As I has I'm a nurse and my providers prescribe Meclizine.

Im pretty sure I have Meniere's disease now. Its getting to the point of not being able to work. The buzzing in my ear sounded like static this time and lingered for at least 20 minutes after the initial attack. Did I mention it's happening in both ears. Im so fatigued I cant get up for long periods of time without feeling like im going to pass out. It is debilitating.

I have Ménière’s disease now and it really affects my daily life and even our financial situation coz I always need to ask for day off in my work. I cried many time sand really frustrated to cure this disease. I’m happy for you that your Ménière’s gone hopefully mine will gone too.

i've always thought that this was my issue

I have had TMD since childhood, developed Migraine headaches at age 16, and Meniere's at age 50. I worked in dentistry for 45 years and always felt that all three conditions were related. I have had several bite adjustments by specialist, have had several bruxism splints and night guards. I've had chiropractic treatment, nasal surgery, physical therapy, massage therapy, sound therapy, acupuncture and taken dialectics to ease the fluid in my right ear. For me, lying flat causes the vertigo, I sleep in an upright position and change position slowly.  At 74yrs, I was diagnosed with Ob-Sleep Apena, I increased water intake, reduced salt, eliminated caffeine, and use a CPAP. It has not cured the Meniere's, but I have fewer vertigo attacks, the tinnitus is a softer sound, my hearing has not improved, but I'm old! It would be wonderful to find a cure; I feel badly for young people who have this horrible disease and musicians who have had their careers ended. Please keep searching for a remedy.
