Every once in a while, I accidentally stumble across an amazing video that I didn't know I needed to see- this is one of them. Thank you so much for posting this Heather!
His story about his father and George Carlin is 100% my story as well. I will always feel attachment to Kevin Smith because of the way he found comedy through his father.
Kevin Smith is (perhaps obviously) one of my favourite filmmakers, story-tellers, and just in general, people on the planet. I could watch him spin yarns all friggin' day. Great upload, thanks for this. 👍
I see in forums at times and Reddit people slating Kevin, but me myself I can listen to him talk for hours. I love his moves, all of them. Him and Jay definitely American icons, I absolutely enjoyed watching this video thank you ever so much ❤.
I fucking love Kevin Smith. I love his movies and I could listen to this dude read the fucking phone book (its a large book that use to list all the local phone numbers in your area) for hours. He is an AMAZING story teller.
Thanks for sharing! Makes me want to catch him again on this dogma tour if I haven’t already missed it.
I wonder if he knows how much his story telling and just talking to himself has helped people. His evening with’s got me through some of my toughest days.
I'm a couple years younger than Kevin, but that is the exact interaction I had with my father and George Carlin. Carlin at Carnegie, seeing my father laugh, the whole thing.
