Could you show a video of how the lady traditionally makes the dough at 10:49? Online artisan recipes look so complicated and some of them use white flour, which puts me off. Since the Middle East is the heart of bread-making, I’d love to see how Lebanese people traditionally make it using whole wheat, bran, or barley flour.
