The moment you focus on him, he focus on himself. Woww, that explain a lot

The Buddha literally said: nothing is personal. People's actions are never about you, but simply a reflection of themselves. THEIR problems, THEIR questions.

„Regulated women don’t chase“ Amen 🙏

let the fantasy die " you are not addicted to him. you are addicted to the potential"..... totally does not deserve my energy.

don't let any man drain you, work on being prettier and becoming richer

IM DONE WITH BEING BOTHERED. Let’s just focus on ourselves and live the best life with or without a man. 🎉

"Its never about the guy it's about the feeling you're trying to resolve. "
Stood up and applauded 👏👏👏

If he’s not afraid of losing you- he’s not for you.

We need to stop chasing daddy's unexpressed love, lack of attention and interest, etc and start loving ourselves. Yes — he didn't spend time with you, didn't take you to the playground, didn't call you for your bday, didn't buy you gifts, has no in-depth interest in you and your growth or emotions even now. Stop fighting it. Stop "trying to see his potential" to be a better dad. He is who he is, fullstop. Focus on You. Give to You. Celebrate You 🎉

We do the need to be "unbothered". Just unfuckwithable 😎💫 Regulated and confident. Obsessed with ourselves and our interests in life. Men are not the Sun in your Solar system — You Are 🌞

“I like me and you can come along, or not.” Love this! Brilliant!

I used to be an anxious attachment person, but then you get screwed over - and by guys who are NICE. You get screwed by the guys who you put on a pedestal, because they seem so lovely and perfect.  You would never imagine could lie and behave selfishly…..then 3, 6, or 10 years later you find out there’s so much you did not know about them. When over 40, you realise that men are just not as important or vital to your life as you thought they were. I’m never putting men at the forefront of my life again, not to the degree that I put my needs on hold, give so much, and waste valuable brain space obsessing over them. Work on your own personal brilliance.

need a video on "how to date without losing your mind" as its no longer abt the type of men i interact with, as i keep falling in my old patterns and then sabotaging the relationship.

Thank you for being my unpaid therapist ❤ I've grown so much emotionally after listening to your advices.

A few months ago, I used to feel so embarrassed about my body. I wasn’t even overweight, but I just didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. No matter what I did, I wasn’t happy with myself. But then I started reading The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel and instead of scrolling my fyp I watched self-love and ‘that girl’ type videos on YouTube. This book truly changed everything for me. I started working out, cut down on sugar, started drinking 3L water daily, and instead of watching useless content on YouTube, I’ve started watching videos like you make. I focused more on myself, and now my acne is gone, my body feels like a new version of me, and most importantly my mindset has changed. Even my hobbies have shifted. I started my own small business, something I never thought I’d have the confidence to do. I used to be super shy, never stood up for myself, and let people say whatever they wanted. But now I’ve learned to speak up, to defend myself, and to be proud of who I am. I’m honestly so grateful for this growth. 💖 ✨

Margarita, there is enough dating info for guys like “Gerald” but for us married women, we need so much more support. Like he does matter to me *a lot*. I am “attached” to him. I do care and can’t be “unbothered”… it feels like I have to turn off a part of me and love him less to achieve peace. We have something beautiful with sanctity and i don’t want to lose that :( Maybe some tips on how to build on a secure relationship while keeping the spice + strong bond? How to honor that I still care while preserving our relationship *together*? This just feels highly individualistic and like I have to sacrifice how I’m really feeling.

Side note I love how every thumbnail is just you serving face 👏🏼👏🏼

Red is your colour ❤

I didn’t plan on reading something like this, but curiosity pulled me in when I came across The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel. Honestly, it felt like opening a door to a part of myself I didn’t even know was there. But once I stepped through, there was no going back - I began to see how silent yet powerful true feminine strength can be, the patterns that hold us back, and the ways we can reclaim ourselves. At first, it’s a little intimidating to face these truths, but once you embrace them, it’s freeing and deeply empowering. Give this book a chance. ❤️

Attracting > chasing .. getting obsessed with you and what makes you happy > gets him curious… & if it doesn’t then oh well, he is not the one. The goal is to love you and not abandon yourself no matter who stays or gos. Learning about attachment styles really helped me see things differently. Coming from anxious attachment to practicing secure attachment

My name is Jessica and I often watch your videos…and can I just say, I felt so validated by the universe when you said “I can’t say Jessica anymore” cos I had a breakthrough since last week and I truly am not falling for bogus guys anymore. I decided I am focusing on me and my future from now on. I honestly just watched this video cos it was new and I love hearing you talk, so thank you for speaking the universe’s message to me in a way, and thank you for all that you do 💛✨
