I’ll give this ago. I hate cooking but since I’ve found your channel it has given me inspiration your recipes are lovely and easy. That’s what you need. Economy, easy and tasty. You guys are really fun to watch. 👍

A favourite of mine. Looked amazing. Made me hungry watching that.

Here's a tip for the left over potato peels.....soak in water for 5 mins. Drain and dry, then coat lightly in oil and air fry for 15 mins...voila...crisps from left overs!

I haven’t had beef stew and dumplings for AGES, you’re making my mouth water! Whenever my dad made mashed potatoes with anything with beef, he added beef dripping instead of butter, I recommend it…it’s absolutely delicious!

What a great way of making a stew in the slow cooker. I usually fry the meat first but now I won't so that is a boost. No smelly clothes before I go to work.😀

I accidently came across your site when I was looking for cooking ideas for my new air fryer and found yours. I became hooked. I have since watched every single video from the day you showed your wedding, it gave me a lump in my throat as the love shined through (and still does). I have not watched a film or normal TV since I started watching your videos. Yours is the best You Tube site I have come across and covers everything so thank you so much. Good luck to you all, you have a wonderful close family and if every family were like yours there would not be any trouble in the world. You, Martin, remind me of my late husband, he was an electrician in his youth and could turn his hand to anything, also collected cars and tinkered with them and installed our kitchen and bathroom with me by his side. He also was a plain speaker and did not tolerate fools. Sharon is like I used to be when he was alive, always by his side. Bless you both and good health for years to come.

The steam train in my profile photo ran across the bottom of my mum and dad's garden in the 1960's. Sir Nigel Greasley.

Ahh my favourite. we tend to dredge our meat in flour then seal it in the pan, coating the meat in flour helps thicken the gravy while its cooking. Also we tend to chuck everything you have in plus the cut up potatoes. Leave it all day and just do the dumplings when we get home. I think next time we do stew I'm gonna try it your way looks lush

I love the way Martin is in charge but Sharon has already done it all. lol

Herby dumplings . Try adding a little of your favourite dried herbs to the dumpling mix when preparing . Herby dumplings are lush ! Keep up the good work guys .
