I don't tone anymore, I use Blonde Brilliance Platinum purple hair mask. I basically get the same results of toning without the damage

All the negative comments are coming from bitter females who fried their hair trying to achieve her look

Yes!! I love it.. I’ve been a blonde since high school (minus about three box brown moments...) going to the salon so much and so often, I started paying attention so I could save my $$ and do it myself! I’ve been doing my own roots for about 2’ish years now, wouldn’t change a thing!! I love the outcome - what’s nuts is, MOST people, including professionals can’t do roots and get it as platinum as FUCK color that we love... so, we’re better than most when it comes to touching up our own hair. KUDOS TO YOU, girlfriend!! Your hair is Bomb!

The Wella toner dries out hair but if you use the Ion brilliance with the booster girl it will make your hair super soft & you can use it with a 10 Vol 😘

Your hair looks great for the colour you are trying to achieve. But ladies....EVERYONE has different hair and a different experience. IF your hair needs toner. USE IT. PLEASE if you can get your hair to a level 8 or 9 the toner will give you platinum. HOWEVER be aware that toner does not last and u will have to re-tone or use that purple shampoo/condis to maintain it. TRUST ME

I JUST used this bleach with 30 vol and I use Olaplex. My hair is Platinum now after toning! It’s gorgeous! Healthy! 20 min and triple wrapped in Saran Wrap and a towel to keep heat in. 20 min on mid shaft for 15 min and 5 min massaged to ends. Roots are white so I’m lucky there. Toned with Manic Panic Virgin Snow and I use Redken purple conditioner as well. I wash my hair once a week.....style accordingly and keep hair in great shape with Olaplex treatments. Get a friend to get the real stuff at wholesaler. NO AMAZON. I don’t trust it 100% undiluted IMO.
GOOD JOB GIRL. I DID 1:1 on developer and bleach. Works awesome. I was already a 9 but had too much “silver”.. it’s PERFECT Platinum now! Great product and beats the stuff my licensed stylist friend used on me. Zero breakage vs whatever she used.
Only thing I’d do different here is start at the back and do front LAST. it always lightens first and fastest cuz of head heat. Starting at back of head keeps it even. IMO

OK, I see what you were saying in another comment. Your color lifts better because you don't wait so long to touch up. I've seen so many videos saying to do the roots last because the heat from your scalp speeds up the process... so if you only dye the 1/2 inch from the scalp your good! I see what they mean about the toner but if you already have the perfect shade of platinum blonde that you want then toning is pointless. Looks beautiful! 😍

I bleach my hair platinum at home as well 💓 u do a great job . U should consider doing the pieces that frame your face last because they lighten the fastest & break easier !!

I am so very  impressed with this!!! I have  left 3 different chairs now (3 different salons obvi) and they had me leave for me to later find MAJOR brass roots in my platinum. I am looking for what girls with hair this light use as product and will definitely be using this one!
