45 min pacer ahead of the 40m pacer is very funny.

Thats a classic, got to love that the 45 min pacer is ahead of the 40 min pacer

Well done buddy, awesome time/effort in that heat. The 'Ramp of dreams' comment gave me a literal LOL moment. Love your content mate, keep up the good work👍🍺

😂 mate that was a hot run! Great content as always, getting a few mentions made me proper chuckle, good to chat and yep my watch didn’t stop telling me to speed up, was never going to happen in that heat! The Ramp of Dreams 😂😂😂 See you at the 5k!

I felt every step of this 😂😂

Eastbourne is like fucking Fallout 4

Blimey, that looked like torture! Well done to get round in that heat.

The things we do in the name of running 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Fair play for getting that done 👊🏼

Mate that was tough to watch I respect your grit 😤

That looked filthy, running in these heatwaves has been interesting this summer… great effort Jody.

Great running J Mills. Absolutely brutal conditions.
But what an amazing amazing effort by the 82 year old, hyper realistic British film director Mike Leigh! He looks very well too. It's surprising that Alison Steadman gave him the elbow.

Wear a vest/singlet for the hot weather. It makes quite a big difference in keeping cool, or less hot rather

Highlight for me was "Go on mate".......😂.  I feel your pain this weather is doing nothing for my times at the moment!!!

That "very, very slight incline" at 9.9K should officially be renamed Mount Eastbourne it was so tough!

Cracking effort in that heat !!

Brutal. Thanks for the stitch tip !

Blimey - great work 👊 🥵

Finally something to watch!

Im going to try holding my breath and touching toes next time i have a stitch

Go on mate
