Jim, I say this with all the love and affection in the world, I think that was your best segue into the game castle yet

Always send Etali to the command zone if you had a Birgie on table.

Bill, my beloved bear barbiarian, I’m fairly certain you had it on your turn! If you turned shifting woodlands into your tiller engine and used green sun’s for sylvan safekeeper you’d have had enough to sac all your lands and recast Lumra from hand :)

(this does involve the knowledge that you need to sac everything EXCEPT command beacon, sac command beacon to move Lumra to hand killing Lumra to SBA’s, but because command beacon doesn’t target Lumra still goes to hand. It’s awesome bear tech)

Thank you Bill for playing Lumra, that's my CEDH main right now and I love seeing other people playing it to help me with mine!

New to this channel but I swear the one guy plays Lumra every chance he gets

30:21 tiller engine only triggers on tapped lands

For the first Etali flip if you put the Diabolic Intent above Twinflame you can get Dualcaster Mage and make infinite hasty copies of it by copying Twinflame as an alternate way to win with fewer steps.

Been loving your content, especially cEDH as a newer player going through my commander journey. Suggestion for you all, you should include a card/insert in the GameGenic box, in the middle 2 unused slots, reminding viewers to like and subscribe. Nice subtle reminder. Thank you all for the great content.

3 of my fave cedh decks and 1 of my fave cedh Elliots. Fantastic

37:00 instead of X=3, Bill could have paid X=5 to get Ashaya. Afterwards tap for three and crack Urza's Cave, finding Vesuva, letting it enter as a copy of Lumra and presenting a loop for infinite Lumra ETB's (+ Lotus Field and Sunscorched Desert triggers)!
