Thank you for making these masterpieces so long. It’s really wonderful doing a meditation to this, then sleeping with it all night and going straight back into meditation in the morning without having to look at my phone. I’m really grateful for what you do! You’re an angel!

I been dealing with crippling anxiety that makes my jaw muscles feel tight (like I got a shackled collar around my neck) and this relieved that feeling! And my sleep’s improved immensely. It works wonders! 😴

I slept to this last night. I know this sounds weird but, I could feel that my brain was hundreds of years old and yet so young. I also felt like I was sleepy DEEPLY but I was still conscious of my thoughts for three hours. Not sure why there was that splitting, but my brain loved it! It was a brain bath. Whew! Thank you.

Homeless, broken, alone 8 years. I thank Yahweh for giving you this gift to share with all. It is not you but the God you hear. “Heal my people with your amazing gift” . Divine Favor and thank GOD I have ears to hear. Kiss the cat for me. I love kitties. Their purr is so healing. 🙏🏻🩷

Sara Rivers arche type quiz is one of those things you open as a joke and then accidentally start taking seriously. I even changed one of my answers because I didn’t like what it said about me lol.

I’ve had insomnia for almost a decade. About three weeks ago I detoxed from all the medication I was taking for it. I couldn’t even sleep with them. So after no sleep those weeks or one to four hours every now and then I took one OTC called Unisom I have slept two nights listening to this, and it takes me into a deep sleep that is so different from when you first take like an ambien for example. It’s not that groggy feeling . It’s a natural state of relaxation that I haven’t felt in years. I know my healing has also helped. But I can feel the music sounds in my brain. Like it’s flowing thru it. And after so long I am just crying of joy because this is a new start of life. Thank you for these beautiful sounds . I’m very grateful.

I used to try and fall asleep with white noise but it never worked. Then after a hip replacement surgery in April, I was desperate for sleep and found this channnel one night. I dont know why this works on me. I find myself drifting off to sleep and staying asleep for a while.
