Our Christian leaders need to do more for our community.
We cannot always put the blame on parents. Churches, priests, Christian organizations, and Christian political leaders also have a responsibility to support, encourage, and uplift our community.
When other religious communities stand together and actively support their people, our Christian community should also come together, give proper guidance, create opportunities, and stand behind our families and younger generation.
We need stronger leadership, unity, encouragement, and genuine support within our community. ✝️❤️

We cant blame our youth going abroad in truth wour community benifitted beyond imagination and grately beniffitted in building churches schools social centeres houses business to great extent.

Just imagine our community facing polambe balambe insult from others .
So dont blame our commuity always for going abroad .if the scenaroio changes youth will change

JR Lobo sir thinks of Local development,thinks global works local,silently helped many in charity

@melwynrajeshcastelinonmami7946 1 month ago

J. R. Lobo Sir’s thoughts are mature, insightful, and very meaningful. It is sad to hear that he did not receive the support he deserved from our community leaders. As he rightly pointed out, our community is still heavily dependent on church leadership.
At least from now on, I hope our leaders will recognize and support this important work for the betterment of the community, rather than focusing primarily on buildings and financial interests. We need leadership that prioritizes the people, their progress, and the future of our community.

Good advice
We are a church domonating community so our focus is on missionaries work .
So we respect priests and nuns and we have more than 40 bhishops from basically manglorean in india and abroad more than ias ips achivement.
It is community awareness or zeal and personal ambitions to achive big.
Finally we can take horse to water cant force to drink.

@philipdsilva8517 1 month ago

Sincere and honest admission of facts in the interview. My view is that initiative must from the individual first , then from his family( father & mother ) and supported by his community. Responsibility should not be only with the missionaries and they can only supplement. Our people must try for services especially govt jobs, other services in India and not focus on other countries. Plenty of scope is available in India.

Sir, if a poor family dreams of giving their child a better education abroad, why question their dream? If you can help, help them; if not, let them decide. Advising others to serve society is easy—*respecting and supporting people’s dreams is where real service begins🙂.*
