I cried like a baby as soon as the Orchestra started and then I cried AGAIN when Saria said goodbye to Link. This is my childhood!!

15:13 - "Oh, I din't know that [Link couldn't always jump at the press of a button]."
Hearing that made me age seven years lol

I’m really excited about this remake as well! Cannot WAIT to play it

It's so interesting watching the reaction from someone who didn't play the original. Enjoy playing and experiencing one of the best zelda games.

34:23 - That part reminds me of the commercial Robin Williams and his daughter did for Ocarina of Time on the 3DS. This was his favorites series of games, and he named his daughter Zelda after Princess Zelda.

I played this game as a young little 9 year old, a few months after the OG OoT came out. I like the 3DS remaster, but this remake has me feeling so emotional and nostalgic. It looks exactly like it did in my mind as a little boy.

Can't it just be November 5th already.

i loved to hear your thoughts and to see your reactions on this event that i loved

Ocarina of Time's remake is delivering. Seeing this massive game from my childhood return with upped graphics and voice acting is WILD

I never got to play the original OOT, so I’m for sure gonna pick this up (I already preordered it🤣)! It also releases on my birthday, so that makes it even better! Hopefully the pro controller and all that gets restocked soon, cuz they’re already sold out thanks to scalpers and bots. Still, I’m so excited for this!

@gemzapegg

You we're talking over Aonuma so you didn't hear him say that the Loading Zones are an intentional design choice, not a necessary one.  He said they chose to keep Loading Zones for certain transitions to maintain the feel of the original game.  So, yeah, they could have just gone with no Loading Zones at all.  Instead, the chose to keep some to make it feel like Ocarina of Time.  Which completely blew my mind.  Think about that.  Aonuma admitted, "No.  Switch 2 doesn't need Loading Zones.  We just chose to keep some of them in for the feels."

i played ocarina of time on the 3DS in my middle school year now having to see it's getting a full remake on switch 2 got me hyped up more than GTA VI

39:00 this did beyond justice to the original. It is literally better in every way technology is able to provide, yet keeps absolutely everything from what I can tell faithful to the first one. Fans of this game recognize every location shown in the gameplay and trailer like it is hard wired into their brain.

16:36 REAL💯 Now already pre ordered the game n textured foil cover art but still own no switch 2 😂❤️

Its crazy how much this game has evolved.  And its even crazier that this game is on a switch. That this is switch quality graphics !

I’m super excited for this! I can’t wait!

Very rarely am I emotionally invested I'm games. I like to play them but sometimes the stories don't hit that hard, besides the occasional "That was a good story." Hearing the orchestra in the beginning, watching Aonuma-san play the game, the trailer, I haven't felt so hyped to play a game since I got into the Persona series. I have been a Zelda gamer since A Link to the Past.

"I think a YouTuber made a similar concept design for Ocarina of Time. It's thanks to the fans that we still get such amazing remakes."

You could swim in original OOT but you couldn't swim faster which is cool

Xbox and Playstation might be letting us down, but Nintendo is delivering.
