The older I get, the more I realize that talking less protects your peace. Not everyone who asks about your life is cheering for you. Some people are simply collecting information they'll use against you later.
The 5 things I never share:
1. My next move. 2. My biggest weakness. 3. My financial situation. 4. My family problems. 5. My long-term goals before they become reality.
Stop announcing, start building. Nobody can steal a race they didn't even know was happening.’ That line gave me chills. It’s so tempting to share a shiny new idea for quick validation, but doubt and jealousy always enter the room the second you speak it out loud. Building in silence really is the ultimate superpower.
(Almost) Everything 😔, goals , money , being predictable, cuz my friends always knows when I’m going to be at school , they sometimes even say a random topic specific to me , but not my biggest fear and family problems , even my family doesn’t understand me , even my parents , I’m just in my corner , with the pain in my heart , it’s permanent damage not reparable one 💔. But the more I watch your videos the more my life becomes easier and I see the direction in my life , you’ve really helped me a lot , more than you think , I always doubted myself , always asking why I always have problems , friends that doesn’t respect me , even the kindest ones , turns out it wasn’t my fault, but rather because no one teaches us how to handle life , I never knew how to handle situations like these , and I already said once in another older video but you’re really helping me , these videos really means a lot to me , thank you ❤ I can’t thank you enough , but really , without you I don’t think I would ever handle anything , and maybe other people in a situation similar to me , and you really help a lot of people out there , but to me I feel like you’re doing more then just helping me , I feel like you’re like the light in my darkness , you’re the one who helps me see how to handle things like these how to make life easier , but really I just can’t really say how I feel about watching these kind of videos that helps me a ton , really you really mean a lot to me ❤️
Never tell anyone where your treasures are buried. Never talk about your relationship. Never tell them about your partner. Especially regarding their “talents.” Your “friend” becomes curious and wants to find out certain things for themselves. Keep your mouth shut. Journal everything and get therapy for everything else.
I hear you. Fortunately, I did! And because of their sharing of wisdom such as this, they continue to look after me even after both of their deaths. Now as a father myself, I hope to play the same role to my son. I want to instil within him, a voice that will be heard both this side and beyond the grave.❤…..It won’t be my voice of course, but it shall be an inner voice with which he hears and recognises as true and as comforting and so he is then able to hopefully, alongside that, tap into his own resource of wisdom while learning truths of his own, and as he journeys on.❤
My Love Life And Money ..❤❤ That’s why I’ve completely stopped sharing my most important and intimate things in my life. But out of all, That of my love life!! Knowing that I’m going on 35 and Over Now..
The video acts like everyone in your life is just waiting for a reason to stab you in the back with your secrets. That's not high emotional intelligence; that's just paranoia. If you treat everyone like a threat, you'll end up completely isolated. People don't bond with a brick wall. We build real relationships by opening up bit by bit. If you stay totally "unreadable" and secretive, people won't think you're mysterious or strong—they’ll just think you're cold, fake, or hiding something. Yeah, blabbing about every idea to the wrong people is dumb, but keeping everything to yourself means you miss out on feedback, advice, and people who genuinely want to help you win.Dealing with all your fears, money stress, and heavy stuff completely alone isn't a badge of honor. It’s just exhausting. Real strength is having the judgment to know who you can lean on, not refusing to lean on anyone at all. Counter-arguements welcome
If you ever get overwhelmed by everything in life, Clara Hartley’s anxiety quiz might be worth looking at. It can help you reflect on the way stress and uncertainty affect you personally.
