I know this car I went to school and live just outside that town. I am blown away that car is in such good shape. I’m only 25 but I remember seeing the car on my way to elementary school everyday. Many people have tried to buy that car there used to be a wood sign leaning on it saying not for sale but it rotted away. Gary Gift, the name on the card he was well known locally. Both him and his wife were always nice to me both when I worked at the grocery store in town and after the few times I had talked with them. I’m bummed I didn’t even get to see it listed on marketplace but I’m glad to see what happened with it. Thank you for fixing it the way you did and I hope that you don’t ruin it with an ls swap.

Dude, this is surreal. I just pulled a 1968 Camaro out of a garage in South Carolina last winter. 327 with a 4-speed! I've been rebuilding it slowly. Have fun!

I'm 69, still drive a camaro, but that is the exact car, 327 4-speed, same color that I  learned to drive in at the age of 13 back in 1970.
My older sisters boyfriend offered to teach me and Of course I said yes. You impressed me with giving the guy gas money, someone raised you right. Love your videos

Yo tom you really need to make this a full on rebuild project. Paint, brakes, suspension, exhaust system, make it fast. This is a sick car man.

I love it.. I'm 66 my wife said this guy looks anxious like you.. that was me when I was his age I'm still like that I have a 68 Camaro clones Z 28 with a DZ302 but I also have a 327 my brother built when we were in high school it's the 375 hp 327.. I loved every moment of this.. I literally drive like this kid even in my adult years at 66... I couldn't have done any better man and I know that sounds weird but that was a perfect imitation of me I love this video dude you got a old man subscriber right now.. keep it up man.. those Cragers were the perfect choice
