For 6-8 people, you will need:
Chicken – 600g
Pork ribs – 600g
Round rice (preferably Bomba) – 350-400g
Smoked paprika – 2 tbsp. 3-4 ñoras peppers or spoons
1 head of garlic
A bunch of parsley
Green beans – 200g
Garrofon beans (or pre-cooked white beans) – 200g
Tomato paste or canned tomatoes in their own juice – 150g
Olive oil – 50-70g
Saffron (optional) – 1/4 teaspoon
Artichokes (optional) – 200g
Rich chicken broth – 1L
