She's out here giving a warning to potential employers.

We all know this kind of personality in the workplace. And we all hate it.

"Agression" = loud and obnoxious with an attitude.

Slaps down racial victim card and slaps down disabled victim card within 20 seconds. You played your hand, and youre out

"People that look like me."  I am so sick of this saying. It's up there with the nose ring.

"Mind you" is code for I'm full of shit.

'Aggressive' is a tremendous thing for HR to say, wow!
For HR to fire her, they must have substantial justification to take this action.

"People who do not look like me". "Technically I have a disability." Here we go. Here we go again.

She is definitely downplaying her behavior. Her facial micro-expressions scream “I’m lying”

And we know why she has her comments turned off on Tiktok! 🙄

I absolutely do believe HR said it was due to her being "aggressive". They probably had a whole file and her attitude was just one of the reasons. All I'm hearing from her "make an exception for me or I'll call you racist".

"I'm black, I'm female, I'm "disabled"...so I get to act anyway I want at work and how dare you fire me !!!!"

Broken leg is NOT a flipping disability that you can claim for life. Geez

Nobody cares that you can’t control your emotions at your job. Well deserved firing.

I had a friend who was aggressive at work. HR used the same term with her and she was. She would be mean, overly assertive, put her feet on someone else's desk. Real "Mean Girls" stuff.

You know what she did? She FIXED her attitude problem. I am not sure if she started therapy or read a book but she was suddenly a lot more polite. Then she used those new skills to get an even higher paying job at a different company.

If you get negative feedback you fix it before you get fired. No one likes working with someone who has aggression issues.

Zero accountability

Then she post all this crap for the next potential employer to preview it

she playing all nice but you know when she has the power of the company behind her she'll fucking roast you

The way she slaps her lips is unbearable

The internet is full of poli e body cam videos of women just like this, going absolutely nuts when asked for their license,  insurance and registration.
