These settlement mods are great, I haven't heard of these! I'd also recommend the mods Simply Modular Housing, it gives you a lot of options to actually build a house, and Spring-Cleaning, or any mod that allows you to scrap all the unwanted rubble, Longer Powerlines, self-explanatory, a mod that removes the settlement building limit, and I'd would say quieter settlements so the generators aren't so loud, but with that CBX Power Gens, you don't need that.

CVC Dead Wasteland is a very underrated, but quality and useful mod

A word of caution: once you install a settlement mod, if you uninstall it it will corrupt the settlement registration system, leading to instability, crashes and often not being able to recruit settlers or assign them to jobs.

If you decide you don't like a settlement mod, delete all saves that had it installed, then uninstall it and start from a save that did not have that mod.

In "Thematic and Practical" I most often use the traders' personal stuff, but also very often the scratch-built couches with vanilla sleeping beds on, to "double-up" on space. The non-bed sleeping bags and pillows are also very nice to use as decorations on some the "naked" beds the base game offers.
Rec.: Ethreon's The Master Plan... That's a whole video on its own! If too much, then "just" Vanilla Extensions, Red Rocket Reborn, or Port Royal. They are CLASS!

I recommend "Workshop Rearranged". Yeah, it's old, and it's big, but oh, so worth it if you're a serious settlement builder. It adds tons of building options, including half-sized walls and doors, all kinds of foundations and walls in different materials, wallpapers, flooring, etc., etc. I dont' play without it.
Another recommendation (for settlement building again) is "Woody's Wasteland Stuff", for the structure and decoration options. 👍👍

Unlimited crafting supplies container is a mod that I don’t think was that big and it just adds a hollowed out rock right outside vault 111 that has like more than 60,000 of each basic junk item

So many of your recommended mods and showcases have helped me fall in love with this game all over again. It's my favorite franchise and the community making mods for this game always have new and interesting ideas being crafted. I cant wait to see your continued content and hope to have many more fun mods to add to my ever growing vortex profiles.

Snappy is a fantastic settlement building mod, great prebuilts in it, lights, doors, furniture, windows, railings, stairs, walls, roofs, you name it, it probably has it.
Solar lights is awesome, so is Solar panels, for making lighting and powering your settlements.

Thank you for the excellent video, and I agree with you! Most of these mods that you have listed are permanently in my load order. Shacking Up is a new one on me which I've just downloaded thanks to your video.

Recently really got into settlement building. Mainly I wanted to bring the NCR to Boston. So I got a bunch of mods to be able to add NCR stuff and found out I actually enjoy the settlement building. I will definitely be checking some of these mods out. Thanks for the video

That's pretty sick man, thanks! I'll check what I'm using tonight. I have a few neat builder item ones.

Be nice if we had pre built shops and houses fully furnished to save time, I do have sims settlements 2 for this

I'm the type of builder that prefers prefabs when it comes to games with base-building mechanics. I would rather build a base quickly instead of spending hours on it. Great video!

I'm so glad I came across your channel. Your mod recommendations are just what I needed to enliven my Fallout 4 re- playthroughs. Plus you save me a lot of time searching for new mods on Nexus.

Highly rate this video and the content in general! Having not played from like 2018 to the release of FOLON, I've thoroughly burnt myself out with all the huge collections and 100GB+ overhauls. I'm taking note of all these little QoL and minor addition mods ready for when I come back in a few months
