We’re Bea & Helmut from Bavaria, and for more than a decade we’ve been exploring the world on two wheels - driven by curiosity and a love for adventure. For us, motorcycles aren’t just transportation, they’re a way to connect, see the world differently and grow along the way.
Back in 2011 we quit our jobs, sold everything we owned and set off to a motorcycle journey around the world. For over five years, the road was our home. We met incredible people, explored breathtaking places and realized that true happiness isn’t about having more - it’s about doing what matters and following what feels right.
Now, we’re taking on a new challenge: riding two 50-year-old, 50cc Kreidler Floretts across some of Australia’s toughest tracks - and beyond. Our motorcycles are our connection to people and the start of many great stories. Stories we can’t wait to share with you!

Thanks for sharing guys. The campfire chats are a great to hear the full story and to get to know you two a little more.
It always seems exciting and sometimes glamorous in your videos but as a person who rides and sometimes a long distance, it can be very tiring.

Great video. Einstein stated ' Experience is knowledge, everything else is just information ', thanks for sharing your experiences. As a 66 year old Brit, I will be leaving the UK next year on a maxi scooter, first to Turkiye and then onwards. Have visited Turkiye 7 times, 4 times renting a maxi scooter from Antalya to discover the country ( Zero to hundred rentals ). Been riding since 1976, have been very lucky to have travelled to many countries. If you have health, mobility and opportunity........ GO !!!! P.S. Have received three of your unique t-shirts I ordered, very pleased with them, will be wearing them on my travels. Best wishes from the UK.

Cool beschrieben. Ja, Reisen verändert einen selbst. Und die Sicht der Dinge auf die Welt. Auch wenn ich immer nur wenige Monate am Stück unterwegs war, so kenne ich das auch. Und es sit nicht immer Urlaub, man muss den Alltag meistern unterwegs.

I did my first big adventure 2 weeks around Europe and loved every minute. Something different every day, so I understand the attraction. I sort of had a plan but was never in a rush to be anywhere. I was camping every day. But at the I was very glad to get home, and now it makes the next big adventure exciting to look forward to. But 5 years, must feel like a job as you have to pay for your way. I wonder if that takes away the enjoyment?

I still love your campfire-episodes ❤. Always a very honest view onto the good and not so good aspects of full-time travelling. Even if we do only 6-7 weeks travelling in a row, I always have an absolute "memory-overload" after 4 weeks, because there are so many impressions, especially if you move forward every day. So how must this feel after 5 years of travelling? I just can't imagine 😮. We are looking forward to your next episodes and still hope for a "camping-cooking-special" 😉😋😋😋😋. Really appreciate your experienced honesty from the road.
It’s entirely possible & often easier than we might think, to get too much of a good thing. Especially in this highlight reel era of social media, we can easily romanticize away some of the unavoidable harsh realities from our dream desks. That is, until we’re over the fence, riding through that “greener grass” only to find out it’s soaking wet & there’s nowhere to pitch our tents….

What is the longest time period you ever invested in an area/region while you were traveling?

I’m a believer that the sense of community and need to contribute to the greater good is what truly brings us happiness. But these can happen anywhere.
