Acredito que para estares a fazer isso já tenha identificado que o problema é mesmo repasse, mas convém ter também atenção á condensação, parecendo que não, cozinha, casas de banho, eventualmente plantas interiores e também os próprios habitantes estão permanentemente a libertar humidades para o ar e se a casa não tem a capacidade de fazer trocas do ar saturado, vai sempre dar problemas com humidades no interior, o telhado muitas vezes acaba por ser responsabilizado por culpas que não tem.
Não é barato refazer um telhado mas vai juntando umas coroas numa caixinha de sapatos, porque se queres uma solução permanente, mais tarde ou mais cedo vais ter de abrir os cordões a bolsa😉
