“Forget the budget”. My three favorite words to hear😂 I love no budget, no pack restrictions builds

maybe it’s just me but budget is literally the last thing i care about for sims builds videos. i’m here to watch people make cool shit not audit them!

I love that  your doing different types of builds besides basic homes. Hope this continues :)

When I do industrial builds, Werewolves, Businesses & Hobbies, Moschino Stuff, Industrial Loft, City Living, Eco Lifestyle, and Desert Luxe are all must-haves.

Werewolves and Industrial Loft both have structural/utility elements that make the build realistic. Werewolves’ spandrel and Industrial Loft’s vents, especially.

Desert Luxe has gorgeous raw concrete flooring and walls.

Omg not the computer right across from the huge glass door, nice and ready for the burglar to take 😂😂😂

I honestly appreciate your candid, though brief, statements about the things going on. Keep being awesome.

Heads up for the Sims team: WE 👏🏼NEED👏🏼MORE👏🏼PAINTED👏🏼BRICKS👏🏼.

(And don’t you dare put it behind a paywall).

Having to walk through the entire house when you need to pee at night is crazy and you'd have to put some clothes on because the big glass front door let's everyone and their dog see inside 😂 It's pretty but such a nightmare to live in

love to see how she has been less annoyed by things not matching entireli, i.e the door and windows being different shades of black!

It's really hard to build budget-industrial in the Sims 4, because alot of the nice-looking industrial elements are some of the most expensive. 😅

Hey simsie! I just wanted to say thank you for the content you make. I’m currently in the midst of my first trimester of pregnancy after a looong fertility battle and your videos help me keep my mind off the anxieties and the morning sickness cause it’s rough over here 😭 I hope you’re doing well, I just wanted to say thanks again 🫶

Loveee the no budget no limited pack builds!

I know you probably won't see this, but if you do, I hope it makes you smile. I put your videos on the big screen when I'm in need of a pick me up, on lazy days, sick days, and you always help me feel better. I obviously watch you on good days too, mainly on the tablet on my own, but for this story, the big screen is the important part. I have a daughter who is a little over a year old and she doesn't get screen time regularly, but on those days when I'm not doing well and I need a friend to play Sims for me lol, you join us and my daughter will point and smile and babble at you. We call you Aunt Simsie and she absolutely loves you. She's blown you kisses and tries to reach for you to hug her. So not only are you an important part of my days, but you've joined our family in a way and you make my daughter happy. So thank you lol..ya know, for being you. We love you Kayla!!

22:44 to be fair though, if you just leave the kitchen and bathroom, you can easily make it a starter home and have your sim furnish it as they go, I like that idea!

Here's an idea for a build challenge: take an existing un-limited pack build that you've done in the past, and retrofit it to be a limited pack build by substituting similar items. Like a limited pack renovation.

Love it. I’m working on a factory building converted into loft apartments myself. Been taking me ages to finish it. Wish I could post pics.

I loved that you added the extra little room off the side in a different color. It makes it seem like the big rectangle was the original factory, with the archway being the location of the original front door, and then the bathroom/foyer/office room was added on when they renovated to convert it into a house!

I love how the two windows on that wall that can't be opened are also the two open windows. LOL

having the same painting twice pains me LOL but i love this build
