Such a helpful tutorial. The day I received my "Color Wheel", I searched for just such a thing - tutorial - and, as the search gods would have it, I fell upon yours. I now have a solid just-the-facts source to view and review many times. Thank you.

This is what I need in my pocket. Never interested in learning color in my life, but now that I’m picking up a new hobby (photography) it makes sense to start learning the basics color theory.

I was today years old when I learned to use a color wheel. They either taught this in grade school on the day I was absent, OR NEVER 😂

OMG this instruction is the best!!! I am 72 and this helps me tremendously. I have had several color wheels and have not really understood most of what the wheel is for. Excellent teacher.

Thank you so much for this. Applying color is indeed both science and art.

No one has bothered to explain this to me, ever and I've been in art school off and on for two decades! Thank you!! I wish I'd been paying attention a long time ago.:hand-pink-waving: I'm now teaching color theory to my students and will pass this on first thing.

Wow, NOW, I know or have an understanding of this color wheel. Thank you SO much. I have a better understanding when I am shown and explained instead of left to reading it on my own! I appreciate your explanation of this and cannot thank you enough!

I bought a color wheel when I started painting 3 yrs ago. I never had a clue how to use it. Thank you for the straight forward approach.

I just order a pack of three wheels off Amazon and was wondering what was the difference between the three, now I get it! You may have thought this was super basic and maybe it was but you've set me on the right path!

Please make a video about which colours look good together. I am an artist and often find it difficult to choose the cour combination

This was taught in my elementary years on my art class. Still remember my analogous, complementary, monochromatic etc. Do get comments from art teacher, interior decorator, and friends I have good sense of color coordination and impress of my artwork. I guess it stick on my brain.
