My dad had a Gold Omega Constellation watch from the 50's, I believe it was 18k. If that's what you have, it's worth over $12,000.

This has made up my mind for me. My husband died three years ago. We we married 58+ years and he spent 12+ years in the Navy. Everywhere he went he bought souvenirs and I have almost everything.  I was a serious sewer and crafter to so I have a storage unit that I’m paying $155 months and had another that was $65.  Gradually we emptied the smaller one.  Sold some things but not enough to make a big dent. We, my daughter and I had an all day yard sale and made $200.  I’d rather donate it that for people to talk me down to $1 or$2 on my nice things. I will start loading up my van tomorrow.

My heart was thumping hard when you found all that beading supplies, I make rosaries

I bet those rocks are for tumbling.  Old dolls are always collectible. You need gloves, anywhere in there is great habitat for the brown recluse spider.

A 6ft Aluminum tree in the box is listed for $999 right now on Ebay. That just paid for the entire locker! Way too cool.

My mother sold Avon for 20 yrs.
When she passed in 1986,
she had over 200 pieces of Avon jewelry.

Wade, put a little knife on your key chain. Lol

I appreciate your kindness and respect for your returning family heirlooms. I’m sure she didn’t know the locker was for auction except  on a late notice from family, she would have retrieved it before the sale……Communication is key for family. Especially with elderly members.

I think it's great that y'all give back personal items that you could throw away. It's bad enough that people go through hard times, but it always makes me smile when i hear the buyers say, "We'll give these back to the owner." It shows respect for the persons loss. Thank you for all you do! Good luck in all of your endeavors! ❤

I so appreciate two adults doing this.  You treat things with respect.

A senior  citizen  center would  love to have  crafts  or   a youth center crafting  is therapeutic

I appreciate your heart for giving back to the family members the precious things from their past that belongs to them.

I have a 92 year old friend that uses old frames for her paintings. Yes...she is still painting.
.

Thank you for having a heart!  I am an old lady too and I know how important things are that have been in your family for generations!

I am 70….we had that aluminum Christmas tree when I was a kid,  probably in the 60s.

The black necklace, right after the dolls, was a Kakui nut lei representing the Island of Maui ! Very special, since it was in a box from the seventies you can be pretty sure. It is authentic!😊

I can relate to the lady who owned this unit, as I do with so many who lose their units. Even with the yard/estate sales  of older people.
Sometimes. It makes me cry.

That Crystal is all Princess House.   Thank You for letting her have the Sewing machine returned.

Save the paper! I’ve been an ephemera collector for years, and the market is great for the wallpaper, greeting cards, etc. Also, sell the mosaic in lots. Mixed media artists will buy it.

Boy howdy! She was an overall crafter! Have a friend like that . I would save all my Christmas cards for her to repurpose for other hand made cards. The tins would be use to make bases for flower arrangements to animals or dolls. You would never throw away anything that could be used to make creations out of!
