As a Quebecer, living in the city of Quebec, I have often watched tourist videos to get a pulse of how tourists see us. I give you a huge applause to your video. Why? You have done your research before setting foot here. You gave a concise recap of the history of Quebec; I do this for my trips to better appreciate the culture of a city or a country. You cover all the essential must-see attractions of Quebec City. It is very informative for future visitors, especially for someone with a limited amount of time (like cruisers embarking or debarking in Quebec City). Of course, there are more places here, but it is up to the traveller to set up his or her itinerary.

(Just a short suggestion for someone who visits the MNBAQ National Museum of Fine Arts of Quebec, walk two blocks to enjoy the shops and eateries of Cartier Street. My favourite pastries are at Borderon et Fils inside the food hall Halle du petit quartier).

This was nostalgic for me. I moved to QC from Ontario right after graduating university in 1985 to learn French. It was a great one-year experience and I met many wonderful people. Learning French worked out, too. I raised my kids speaking it in Vancouver. Merci, Quebec!

I drove solo to Quebec from the mid-Hudson Valley in NYS about 10 years ago. Upon arriving to Vieux Quebec I was in awe of the Quebecois and how they honored their ancestors, history and culture in restoring the charm of their streets and structures. The people were so warm, friendly and engaging. I will definitely return and stay much longer,

Next time you come to Quebec, you should go to Gaspesie (I recommend visiting early September to avoid crowds), which in my opinion is our prettiest region 💙

first time i see someone on youtube visiting wendake and l'île d'orléans!! the other side of the road of that maison smith on the island there's a winery with really good pizza!!
