I like how he calls the m1911 "The weakest gun imaginable!" Then proceeds to pull a Springfield from the box.

Man it’s so sad knowing the golden age of zombies has past :(

Mom get the popcorn

Buried is probably my favorite map of all time. And its because it still had the charm of the original zombies games but with what felt like a natural progression to something more complicated. What we got now is just a totally different game. I'll go back and play black ops 1 zombies all the time.

I didn't even realize we had this many maps for zombies. Pretty wild that after all of these years they haven't tried making a dedicated game for the mode at this point.

I consider myself quite the enjoyer of CoD zombies.

As somebody that has never beaten an Easter egg, barely was able to unlock pack a punch on most maps, rarely lasted past round 20, I do have fond memories of the games.

Oh the nostalgia. Funny enough, TranZit was actually the map that really got my friends and I into zombies. From there we went back and played all the maps from BO1, and when BO3 dropped it became an obsession lol. Miss those days

The best part about doing the "objectives" in the old games is that they didn't feel like objectives. Part of figuring the things out yourself and not having prompts or UI guides made it all the more satisfying. Doing ee's or getting wonder weapons felt satisfying because you had to go out of your way to accomplish them, whereas now it's just part of the experience as a whole. Having that sorta choice between the two worked more seamlessly. Players who wanted to just sit back and kill zombies could, and players who wanted to rush to get everything done as fast as possible also could. It was optional, but rewarding. Now it's just in your face. I am enjoying CW a lot though.

I may be by myself here but I actually love Die Rise. Loved it from launch for difficult it is, how weird it is, the strafe jump into the upside down room with the box in. The shower too to save points

Chrrism's definition of treyarch is just "on paper sounds good, but on execution really isn't."

I started with Bo2, tried Bo1 and stopped after Bo3 - everything afterwards seems like a totally different game which I was never really interested in

I honestly miss when zombies was just pure survival like on Kino and not some weird fantasy story thing, I dunno zombies just feels odd to me now.

I still remember being way too young to be playing World At War, and upon finishing the campaign, being plunged into the deep end of what was once just a WW2 shooter now turned horror.

Needless to say that I was scared for the longest time of playing Zombies by myself.

Just played Kino with an old friend (we played regularly when it first came out)

The fun and nostalgia was INCREDIBLE played it for like 3 hours miss this era of gameing.

split screen.

nothing quite like it.

Honestly, Transit was my favorite map ever, just the memories alone brings me so much joy.

I loved Tranzit. Makes me sad that everyone hates it. I always thought it was popular. I mainly liked it cause of the bank and the bus that takes you to different areas. I did not like how you upgraded, though.

You forgot to mention, in terms of vurrukt being insanely hard, zombies on ONLY vurrukt would "windmill arm" you, hitting you twice instead of once.

You were at a serious risk of getting essentially 1 shot by any zombie until you got jug

Nine from bo4 was one of my favorite maps, it was crazy good. it’s just where it was placed on bo4 that made it look bad, the perks system too. I think if Nine was made in bo3 it would of been one of best maps ever made.

for those interessed in only some maps commentaries, or dont have time to watch the whole video in one go. PS big props to you Chrrism for the big dedication into makin this whole video.
