Just finished my Invisalign this week! SO worth it!!! Also, really loved this vlog! 💫 I don’t usually comment on YT vids, but this was so good, I had to 🤌🏼 loved the busyness of this one and seeing more of what these events are like. Also, from someone trying to start filming vlogs - it can be tough to remember to film when you’re super busy, so really appreciated the dedication in this one. Such a fun watch!🤩

I had Invisalign for ~6 months and TRUST it's so worth it. It's an adjustment but I was so strict with wearing them and got them off a little early!! Also the little buttons are low-key are uncomfortable on your gums when you're not wearing the trays so it def keeps you more on track haha. I also bought a little tool on amazon to take out the trays because they're tighttt when u get a new one and I didn't wanna break a nail - I recommend!

What i do with invisalign personally. I change mine every 15 days and put the next pair on. So the first 5 days i am very diligent about them, always wash them and wear them back directly. After the first 5 days i am not that consistent with it. Like today i wws in the office and i really dont like washing my teeth in different bathrooms all the time. So i took them out at 12 and i put them back in at 6 once i finished all drinks, food etc.

The adjustment of Invisalign is no joke actually ppl lose a lot of weight because they don’t want to be bothered to take them out clean them again etc

Also got my braces off in HS and never wore my retainer. I actually want to do Invisalign so bad too but the care seems like a lot 😅 Also omg Yesteryear have so many mixed feelings

Yess girl invaslign is constantly brushing your teeth and bringing mini disposable toothbrushes and mouth wash everywhere! Its insaneee . Also get cases for your trays for when your out so you don't loose them
