For wooyoung, and anyone who has a tendency to mix up sugar and salt, I find using rock salt or sea salt a good way to prevent that (both of these salts tend to have more color than just white so its harder to mix them up with sugar). Its a bit more expensive than iodized salt, but I think it tastes better too. Hope this helps!
