"I eeaty, I trainee, I sleepyy" - Islam Makhachev

“Sleep, eat, training what else can i do in vegas?”  Only person I’ve ever heard say that about vegas lol. Thats a driven individual, locked in to his religion and his career. Cant do anything but respect it.

“Eat, train, sleep, what I can do in Vegas?”

This guy is by far one of the most dangerous men on earth and what I took away from this is that if you want greatness you need to shut up, listen, and work hard.  my grandpa was right lol.

DJ really doing his thing. Islam is champ for a reason and this interview shows why.

Dagestan is the definition of peak fitness. No crazy machines, no nutritionists, just good old hard old school training, and just eating well and sleeping enough. Simple and effective.

really enjoyable interview to watch. Islam is truly a fascinating individual.

Islam just a chill guy😂❤

"everybody works hard." Yeah, but this dude has worked out everyday of his life since he was a kid and has multiple world champs to train against. That's a couple levels higher than most pros even.

Islam like khabib is just so likable

The way he sighs when mentioning “ when Khabib with us in the camp” 😂😂

Love from indonesia for DJ mighty and islam makhachev

I'm lowkey annoyed to hear so many people in MMA community saying things about freak genetics of people from Caucasus. It's not nature, it nurture. It's accumulated knowlegde, passion for the sport, attitude and culture. Glad to see DJ asking about training and psychology. Amazing and very inspiring interview

Wait, I never realized Islam was such a well spoken, nice dude. My respect for him went up so much while watching this interview.

A travel vlog visiting Dagestan with the family would be awesome

Come Dagestan, 2 - 3 years and forget
Then no loses😅

Epic interview. I want to go to Dagestan now.

“This guy he dont know other way, only one way hard work”

The way he says this shows the  respect he has for khabib as a coach 💪🏼

TWO OF MY GOATS and they both chill asf

Man I like Islam he's like legit respectful and he gets it much kudos to him
