A group of Carlfish is called a Gym. A Gym of Carlfish

35:03 - Clementine is Torbek's girlfriend, who is very real, and totally not a cardboard cutout that Torbek stole during drunken rampage.

As to date, Gideon has ended 5 clowns. Chuckles, Klutzy, Bumbo, Thacko and an unnamed Bullywug clown.

The character's name is Morning Frost but the others call him Frosty. He doesn't turn into a werecat, he just BELIEVES he turns into one.

Funniest part about the sauces joke is that Gricko later on tasted French Dressing and hated it.

28:46 In the Witchlight campaign, the players are frequently given Fey Curses in response to some of their actions, which explains about 90% of the nonsensical behaviour in this campaign's animations. One of the Fey Curses was to remove letters from the players' names, so "Morning Frost" (Frosty) became "Morig Fot," as he lost some letters. Then he was given another Fey Curse to make him believe he was a lycanthrope when he was not.

Derek is an absolute menace when it comes to his improve skills. You have to see how he makes that nose breaking sound

@baltakatei 11 months ago

29:20 On the livestream, Derek actually stands up, bends over, and arches their back to take on this angry cat pose, hopping about.

38:29 when chuckles says they should call the alligator "luggage"; he's referencing how alligator leather is used to make luggage, purses, belts, etc... Love the content, you go girl.

01:35 Gary, the handpuppet, is an homage to Will Ferrell doing an impression of Harry Caray on SNL. There are a couple of skits that are very funny. The basic premise is a baseball announcer who is advanced in years and no longer as sharp mentally has a talk show with very straitlaced guests that he asks extremely off the wall questions

Fun fact: Sylvan is actually the language of the Fey. So Derek is just making that shit up on the fly. Also "Post Fey Clarity".

I came in with the dungeon soup crowd, just wanted to say I love you concept for your model/lore, super unique and fun

Since we know Chuckles was horrible, but Klutsy seems like a genuine happy friendly clown, but he still ended up in hell.

This implies that all clowns go to hell regardless of morality in this universe

To answer your question about how much of this happens in DnD, the short answer is YES. depending on your Dungeon Master they'll let anything go so long as you at least try to progress the campaign 😂

The whiskers bit is a reference to a will ferral snl bit

@ZimVader-0017 11 months ago (edited)

As far as I know, clowns are indeed their own race in DnD, but only when you use the Spelljammer setting, in which case they're Space Clowns (Chuckles was a Space Clown in their Stardust Rhapsody campaign), or in homebrew campaigns.

Edited to add that Gideon has killed 6 clowns so far in this campaign 😂 All of them by accident.

1:17:47 how far you ask? I have watched about 20 sessions of their once upon a witchlight campaign. They were still at the carnival. The carnival was a thing planned for like 2-3 sessions. That's how much they derail everything

The animated sauce bit actually edits out half of the sauces

1:07:53 I’ve worked with special needs kids and I’ve seen WAY too many kids immediately go from screeching rage to calm with the right motivation 😂 but the bigger joke is it’s the WORST kind of motive the parents usually get the kid used to.
