For a medical diagnosis she's not just morbidly obese. It's supra morbidly obese (bmi 50 -60) and supra supra morbidly obese (bmi over 60).  It helps let staff know just what kind of equipment needed.  It even helps with staffing appropriately cause it takes 4-6 staffing to turn and clean the incontinence.
At 5 feet tall and 525 pounds, bmi is 102
