For those asking about the costs, it's included in the video 👀

I have this in Thailand once per year. They found a 4x5cm Tumor in my colon and within 10 days they had operated it and removed it. All good since but I’ll continue to get annual checks, I think it saved my life.

This is the world-class hospital. Doctors in Thailand are all from top students with strong training and rich medical experiences. I am happy for you.

I live in Thailand and had no idea you could do all this. I especially like the idea of a Nutrient blood test. Thanks.

Great video! At 55, this completely resonates. After 25 years of doing nothing, I turned my life around 6 years ago—quit drinking, got into weight training, and dialled in specific vitamins based on yearly blood tests. I felt good and could see the results.
To achieve your optimal level, unless you have flawless genetics and a perfect diet, a basic clinic multi-vitamin tablet just won't cut it. Those comprehensive clinic pills often turn out to be an expensive gimmick; true optimisation requires a targeted approach based on what your body actually lacks.
Taking that personalised route changed my health. Today, my biological age tests at 35–40, and my lifting totals match elite 20-to-35-year-olds in their prime!
The comeback is slow, and navigating setbacks is tough (I'm dealing with a shoulder issue right now). But setting long-term goals keeps me focused. Next stop: an 85kg body weight and a 620kg total by age 57.
The clinic looked great; I will have to give the HBOT a try

Laura, I just wanna say that if this video is after the South Korea Face treatment you got, sis.....it 100% worked! Your skin is absolutely fantastic... I am positively distracted by your face looking at your skin and thinking... Dang, that South Korea stuff is legit!!

@ChinitoLoquito474 3 weeks ago

That is exactly what I have been doing ha, flying from England to Thai for check-up, cheaper than Taiwan

Awesome, you never lose you just learn, keep putting in the work and that age will drop for sure

Your skin is looking fabulous though! So next is a 'meditate every day for a year' challenge. I meditated for an hour a day for a year (I still meditate but not for an hour a day) and people who had not seen me for a year asked what I had been doing that year and I was way under my age on that biological age test.

Wow, this is incredibly useful. It's amazing how a wellness check-up can reveal such deep insights into your health! WOuld love to try the personalized vitamins too.

Most people are usually a lot older, but you can turn it around within a year.
You would have probably been much older if you had taken it before you started turning your life around with everything.
I bet if you took it again in a year, you would see how much it’s all improved - keep going 💯💯💯

Amazing to hear that one year of mediation could help with 12 years of aging on the body and mind for stress

I hope to be in Thailand sometime in 2027. I would love to get tested at a facility like this before I go to Fitness Street

Everyone tells me I look young for my age and every time I do these tests I am at least 10 years older. I also believe is the stress. I don’t think I always imagine the worse, I am just very conscious and so I do think about all that could go wrong, so yes I stress out easily. Honestly I think it’s genetic!
