Total legend channel. Love it. One thing that might be a helpful suggestion is perhaps show the final rig at the start. Then explain how it works (. New anglers don't know the basics.).... And then show how to make it. You're not alone in this. Ive watched dozens of different often very good YT channels where very experienced anglers make up rigs. But none ever seem to show the rig up front in detail in set up to cast mode, then as released, nor do almost any first explain what it is and why use it before building it. The videos ( regardless who has published them) all seem to start with a list of tools and components. If new anglers wouldn't know how to make one they also won't understand what it is and what it does. Therefore they don't know if they want to make one and invest the time watching the build. But please take these comments as hopefully helpful feedback because I absolutely love your channel and I don't always need the basics explained personally. I'm a crimp man too. I've never got on with stop knots and i've never ever seen a rig break due to crimp damage. In my defence I was in the Sunderland end v Norwich in 1985 at Wembley despite being Swansea. Howay the Mackems.
Thanks for the videos, you're a natural behind the camera. I enjoy watching rigs being made, there always seems to be something different in methods in your case it's that great little knot. I am retired and not to flush so any of your money saving tips are most welcome. Your clip down device looks interesting, I haven't had any luck with hook methods they can stay clipped. Maybe this one works because it's sort of on the side. Any how cheers, tight lines.
