Those mosquito bite slaps were the best part of the movie.  Very clever writing; so unexpected for any part I've ever seen Lynn Barri do.

I remember long ago when Dad Garroway did an interview concerning veterinarians.  The surprise, surprise was a hidden truth.  Because of the various animals vets treat theirs is an intense education and mayawash out goes on to come very good  physician.  Now before anyone gets their ire up I want to leave you with an old Will Rodgers quotation that hung in Dr. Meyer's office.  " Personally, I'd rather have a Vet for a Doctor.  He can't ask what's wrong he just has to know".

Every time Mike comes in with a tray of food, he's singing the opening musical number from the Charlotte Greenwood movie, Moon Over Miami from the same year, "What Can I Do For You?".

I’ve lately become obsessed with Charlotte Greenwood.  I just saw her in So Long Letty.  She’s so funny.

One of my favorite character actors, Chester Clute, never gets billing but he takes every scene he's in.

I love these old movies...and the way they spoke...and the clothes...ahh, so fine...

I think this is a funny movie in some parts of it... We need more movies like this in the present times... It's a respectful and distended movie... 👍🏽
