After Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar 2, several characters have come into the spotlight. One of the most prominent among them is Pakistan’s SP Chaudhry Aslam. But how different is the story shown in films from his real life? In this episode of Crime Branch, our guest is Naureen Aslam, the wife of Chaudhry Aslam. Find out how an ordinary man became a police officer, how the name “Chaudhry” became associated with him, and what kind of compromises a family has to make while living the life of a police officer. This conversation openly explores his journey as an encounter specialist, the allegations against him, and the operations that kept him in the headlines. From the Lyari operation to the encounter of Rehman Dakait—was everything really as it was portrayed, or is there another side to the story? It also delves into how his enmity with the TTP began and why he became one of their prime targets. Enjoy the full episode with Arvind Ojha.
