My husband works for Blue Letter Bible and has for 10+ years as a programmer/developer!!! Almost the entire staff, including ourselves helped set up/move their new office in South Carolina!!! I'm going to share this video with him!!!

Shawn does outstanding job explaining how to use Blue Letter Bible. As importantly, he lives out what he teaches.

Until a few days ago I was so burdened with pain and was practically lukewarm for about 3 years. I always wanted to change but I couldn't sit down and read my Bible because I would just squirm and be tired and cry and it would repeat. I would always think to myself When am I gonna change? ... I want to but I just can't

About 4 or 5 days ago I was watching Sid Roth it's supernatural on YouTube, (you know...the TV show full of supernatural stories about God and stuff)....I heard him say somewhere in the video "Just meditate on a verse even if it's for a few minutes a day, and soak in the presence of the Holy Spirit" And he gave a verse: Psalms 46:10

I thought to myself, "I've felt so alone all these years and I guess I can give it a shot to see if I will REALLY feel the Presence of the Holy Spirit" So I said, fine im just going to do everything he says and just see what happens.

The first part of the verse says "Be still and know that I am God" so I went into a short prayer to make sure that my heart was completely clean. No stubborn thoughts, no doubting if it's going to happen...none of that. Just surrendering and becoming Psalms 46:10 for a few minutes. Absolutely thinking of nothing but the verse

So after that I just recited this verse out loud and focused all my mind and being on that verse until I could remember it and I closed my eyes and kept reciting it with my mouth and meditating and just dwelling on it with my mind

I began to feel a small presence like just a kind of higher sensation in my body like I usually feel....BUT... after about a minute or 2 i began to feel A HUGEE Increase in this presence....
It was growing and Growing and GROWING and GROWING It was like God came down from heaven and ENTERED ME

I said "Stop... your scaRing me" and one weird thing was right before and during this massive presence I was like unable but able to breathe for a second...its weird but that was AMAZING

Then a few days later I was led to a prophet and he prophesied over my life and told m e so many things I knew and didnt know about those things that I knew like certain spirits in my bloodline and things happening.

Anyways, God told me to read Romans for the freedom of my mind and I prayed for him to show me how to use this tool and your video came up!

I just wanted to bless everyone who Is reading this with the opportunity to experience this and explain how you can get close to and feel God and all his supernatural things.

But don't think that if you do exactly what I do the same thing will happen to you, its not a formula. But the real answer is surrendering and just looking for God.

I've always been so confused on how all these prophets and supernatural people do this stuff and God showed me how.... It's by the Holy Spirit...The same Holy Spirit that Lived in Jesus and his Disciples and it says we have him and the Bible also says that God is the same yesterday, today and forever

Soooo... if you just surrender to God by meditating on his word, praying when you feel down, and reading the word, studying it, applying it, fasting and praying, worshipping....ALL THAT...

The more you surrender the closer he draws to you and the more supernatural things start to get. It's just obedience! Thats the mystery!

Sadly theres some people who even study the Bible and can know so much about it in their own understanding but since they don't seek God and just seek theology and don;t surrender and crucify their flesh they don't get to experience all these amazing wonderful supernatural things :(

But if your reading this you understand the answer!! I pray i pray i pray this brings someone out of the lonely starving hungry for God moment of life i was in for 3 YEARS

Anyways, thanks for this video this really helped me, Now I can study and use it to draw closer to God. The key to hearing the Holy Spirit is reading and obeying the written word and then he will bring revelation through the SPOKEN WORD! The Rhema and not just the Logos!

For example, you can use blueletterbible to study Genesis 1:1 and undertsand the definitions of all the words, but once you have enough of the Logos he will give the Rhema the spoken word and will actually reveal to you that when it says the deepe its talking about the realm of the deep where eveything was created before the foundation of the world and was just manifested. It has nothing to do with earth at all! It's the realm inside of a dimension where everything was already created but not yet brought to manifestation.

Thats all I can say about that for now but if you apply this testimony your research will become revelation!!! Thank you!

I have to say it's about time that Blue Letter Bible program has been discovered and demonstrated in a YouTube video.

My buddy lived by Blue Letter Bible but I have now idea. Even in the iPhone app you get audio commentary. Very helpful, I suffer with dyslexia and I’m definitely an audible learner.

Thank you for sharing this. I just recently discovered the Blue Letter Bible and I will be sure to use these tips. God bless.

Been using BLB for years. It just gets better and better all the time

I love the BLB. At Church when the Preacher just mentions a verse, I can be there in a moment. BLB has changed the way I read the Bible.

I’ve only been a Christian for 5 years. I was told about this app back then and have been using it almost daily in my studies. It’s such a great tool to have. Thanks for the “copy” info. It will come in handy in the future. Great and concise video too.

I've been looking for a straightforward video such as this to share with folks in my small group at church. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through this process,

I’ve been using BLB for about 20 years.  I always have it open on my iPhone and iPad as I read and study the Bible or a book.  Over the years I have taken tens of thousands of notes using the app.

I’ve use Blue Letter Bible but you have explained how great the different tool are. Thank you.

I' used several Bible apps, but BLB is by far the best. Wider variety of translations plus the added feature of side by side translations. It's a great product!

The BLB is an exceptional Bible study tool. I absolutely love it.

Yes- continue your approach! Your personal tips are needed. Thank you for going slow.

Thank you! I’ve always shied away from BLB because I thought it was too complicated to navigate around in and wasn’t user friendly. This made me look at it again and I got so excited about it and all the different tools inside of this platform. Thank you for sharing this information. I am going to start using this in my Bible study.

Thank you. I’ve been trying to figure out how to use the app.

Blue letter is hands down my go to when I’m studying my word… I use it daily

I’ve used the BLB over the years but wanted to take a refresher.  After watching I went to click the 👍🏼 and it was already highlighted 😂.  Thank you again for this video 😊

I've used the BLB for over 10 years.  My wife and both live it.
