Absolutely great video of how to perform maintenance on this reel. Straight to the point, didn’t take an hour to explain and the photography and close up of the work being performed is crystal clear! The only thing that I noticed is that you didn’t lubricate any of the bearings. Is there a reason why you didn’t do that? Lastly, what kind of cleaning agent did you use to clean the metal parts, is it just rubbing alcohol, or something else? Thanks for the video and information.

Noticed my Zillion, same as this one, will click a bit when free spooling (spinning the handle) of a rod.  I noticed it on the water, during a retrieve of a light worm.  Just a faint tick tick tick and then it stops.
