149 rolls by with a lashup we used to see commonly here but these days getting harder to see in the age of rebuilds and newer locos

When were lashups like this more common? I mean the dash 9s aren’t all going away and getting rebuilt at once or the Original SD75Is + the dash 9s are still easy to see especially trailing. + there’s plenty of active dash 9s still out there
