Inoue and Cardenas both looked like they were having fun in the ring. They’re both really good

Inoue doesn’t just hit you… he figures you out. Cardenas had heart, but the speed and timing difference was clear.

Inoue wants to make fights that people enjoy. Thats why boxing fans and fighter respects him.....he not afraid to exchange

This win is gonna age very well for Inoue if and when Cardenas wins a title here soon he looked great on pro box

Cardenas is good too and I like the stoppage.
He is young an talented, hell learn from this and its better to preserve your young fighter so that he can apply what he learned, too much damage destroys good fighters.

It was nice to see that the crowd was particularly electric this time around. Another cool detail was that the front-most scorecard judge was really putting in the work to properly score the fight when both fighters shifted to the ropes at 6:21. The referee was also very observant and made sure the fight was kept clean.

Major respect for Inoue's corner team, Shingo knew just what advice to give after Inoue was downed.

This fight was a immaculate display of heart and hours of trained technique from both fighters!

6:22
Inoue levels up after getting knocked down

Dude Cardinas is fucking awesome

Look at how Shingo gives verbal instructions with visual demonstrations in the corner. Specific directions. High level coaching when you're talking to someone who just got dropped.

Man, that glove tap of respect at 20:12 was really neat to see.  They are out there dying but having fun in the moment meeting the challenge man to man.
This was such a cool fight.

That weekend was so boring, thankfully inoue and cardenas showed up

After watching this again, this is a good stoppage.

Bro what a great match and a great debut for Cardenas, the man's got talent

This was awesome match 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Cardenas was tough and talented. I think he would have beaten most this night. He just ran into a generational talent.

Who else comes back to this fight every now and then?

20:17 - thank you for the slow-motion angles

The referee counted Cardenas quickly and started at four. In the end, he rushed to stop the fight. Inoue is a phenomenal fighter!

Round 3 was a great example of why timing has levels, inoue was timing ramon at the range where he was jabbing him and giving 1 2s, Ramon adjusted by slightly creating distance in such a way whereby inou would land but not with any real force causing slight overextension of centimetres as a result Ramon knew he would have enough timing and speed to jump on him and also reset away to the distance i outlined, inoues knockdown comes because of an overextension that ramon times which results in a knockout, a beautiful proof that speed isnt the same as timing

absolute heart from both fighters, no clinching at all just straight exchanges although the stoppage feels a little early
