There is a kimchi shop that attracts customers by effortlessly making dozens of heads of kimchi from dawn. The masters, who run the business together with a mother and daughter, prepare for the kimchi business starting at 3:30 a.m. every day. They produce 7 to 8 different types of kimchi a day, ranging from fresh kimchi (geotjeori) to cucumber kimchi, chive kimchi, young radish kimchi, and altari kimchi. In particular, it is a place famous by word of mouth, with customers lining up even before the shop opens. We visit to discover the unique touch and secrets of these masters, who combine culinary skills passed down through generations with long experience in the kimchi business to quickly produce 70 to 100 heads of kimchi every day.
